How Hypnosis Helps
 
In addition to suggestions conducive to restful sleep and teaching self hypnosis, we will create a personalized CD designed to deal with your specific problems. The CD can lead you into deep,comfortable relaxation allowing for a restful sleep through the night. You will awaken in the morning refreshed and ready for a new day!
We will also replace negative thinking and attitudes with positive viewpoints, resulting in the mental attitude conducive to relaxation, peace and contentment. Problems can be set aside to allow sleep to take place.
You will also learn to relate nighttime to sleep time, so that body and mind are synchronized and not in conflict. Through visualization the problems of the day can be "stored" during the night. This provides undisturbed sleep hours yet availability as needed on waking. Waking rested in the morning will allow much better handling of any problems needing solutions.
