Stress that produces debilitation, dysfunction or unhappiness may be dealt with and released by hypnosis. Hypnosis adjusts habits of thought, feeling and behavior.

"Fight or Flight" Response
Stress causes a "fight or flight" response, which is a primitive survival mechanism to deal with perceived danger, threats or attacks. Some symptoms of stress include:
Sudden onset of angry feelings
A rapid, pounding heartbeat or palpitations
Feeling weak all over
Hyperventilation (feeling you cannot get enough air)
Periodic dizziness and sweating
Chronic fatigue
Muscle aches, tremors or tension
Tightness in the chest.
Some chronic diseases such as arthritis, gastric ulcers, and heart attack are associated with increased levels of stress.
